Events at Eighty5 Event Studio, we offer convenient block scheduling to fit your needs. Our day sessions run from 10AM- 5 PM, priced at $700 per session. Evening events are available from 7PM to 2AM at a rate of $700 per session.
For those looking to book the entire day, we offer a comprehensive package at a discounted rate of $1,250, covering both day and evening times.
Additionally, we offer special rates during the weekday sessions from 10AM - 5PM are priced at $400, evening sessions from 7PM - 12 AM are available for $400.

To secure  and book your event at Eighty5 Event Studio, we require a $100 deposit. This deposit confirms your reservation and ensures that your chosen date and time are reserved exclusively for your occasion. We understand that planning an event involves numerous details, and our team is here to assist you every step of the way to make your experience seamless and enjoyable. Your deposit will be credited towards the total event cost, with the balance due closer to your event date. Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled event, or in the case of a no-show, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible to avoid losing your deposit. Eighty5 Event Studio, we welcome you to bring your own catering and decor to personalize your event to your liking. To ensure a smooth transition and maintain our high standards, all items used and any trash must be removed and discarded by the end of your event. Standard pick-up and clean-up procedures are required. Rest assured, our dedicated staff will handle the final cleaning of the space to ensure it’s in pristine condition for future events. To Respect the Space and Equipment: Please handle all space features, equipment, and furnishings with care. Any damage or misuse will be the responsibility of the event host.
Beverages: BYOB is allowed, but please drink responsibly. Ensure all guests adhere to responsible drinking practices.
Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio. This policy is in place for the comfort and safety of all guests.
Time Compliance: Adhere to the scheduled event times to ensure a smooth transition between events. Late departures may incur additional charges.
Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels to avoid disrupting neighboring events or facilities.
Capacity Limits: Follow the specified capacity limits to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
